The movers were quite rough when moving my stuff even though we had a minimum of two hours (paid $300 not including surcharge), and I only had one furniture to move besides other things. It's like they just wanted to get things done quickly without caring about the well-being of your things and furniture. I asked them to wait for me if they arrived before me at the destination, but they just started moving my things into my new place before I arrived, and we still had more than an hour left.

There's been some damages to my stuff. Even my new landlord was appalled by the way they handled and moved my stuff. All in all, I'm very unhappy with their service, and I don't recommend them if you value your stuff.

The team went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful moving day feel incredibly easy. They were professional, efficient, careful with everything, and genuinely lovely to deal with. They handled my belongings with so much care and made the whole process feel completely seamless.

We’ve just completed an extremely successful move from Belmont on the North Shore to Waiheke. It all ran to plan and our belongings were delivered in good condition. The men doing the work were careful and very accommodating with three drop off places on the island.
